The RO‑BIKI NOTE Museum Series combines art, travel, and craftsmanship in a compact notebook designed to age beautifully with use. The cover is made from waxed paper that develops wrinkles and scratches over time, much like leather, allowing you to enjoy its unique aging process the more you carry it.

Sized the same as a passport, this notebook is easy to slip into a bag or pocket, making it an ideal companion for travel or everyday note‑taking. The series is inspired by artworks housed in museums around the world, inviting you on a visual journey through art and history.

This edition features “Fifty‑Three Cats” by Edo‑period ukiyo‑e artist Kuniyoshi Utagawa (1798–1861), a playful caricature that reimagines the Fifty‑Three Stations of the Tōkaidō as expressive cats. Known as a devoted cat lover, Kuniyoshi often incorporated cats into his work, adding humour and personality to traditional themes.

Inside, the notebook uses rough‑textured premium writing paper with a 5 mm dot layout, suitable for pencils, ballpoint pens, fountain pens, and dip pens. The durable thread‑bound binding with glued reinforcement allows the notebook to open fully and withstand frequent handling.
