Furukawa Shiko Mino Washi Kaishi
The FURUKAWASHIKO Mino Washi Kaishi is a traditional Japanese paper product crafted from Mino Washi, a heritage paper with over 1,300 years of history from Mino City, Gifu Prefecture. Soft yet durable, this kaishi paper is designed for both ceremonial and everyday use.
Each sheet features a plain white interior, making it suitable for any season or setting, while the outer wrapping paper is gently coloured for an elegant presentation. With its balanced thickness, it can be used as a paper napkin, for serving sweets, wrapping small items, or even as memo or letter paper.
This set includes 30 sheets, ideal for frequent use, and comes in a five‑colour assortment (colours selected at random). While traditionally used in tea ceremonies, Mino Washi Kaishi is equally well‑suited for daily life, gifts, and thoughtful presentation.
